The cooking device Firex CPM DE 2-12 series BASKETT is designed to prepare wide range of dishes in large quantities for catering. The heating is provided by reinforced elements of the alloy INCOLOY-800, driven electroplate.

The inner surface and the perforated basket are made of high quality stainless steel AISI 316, bearing structure, the cover and the outer casing - stainless steel AISI 304, front drain valve - chrome-plated brass.
