Description
A dough sheeter Prismafood Sigma 310 is used at the enterprises of public catering and trade, in bakeries, confectionery and in the production shops, which activity is connected with production of gastronomic products, for rolling dough and forming of dough pieces used for subsequent cooking pizzas, cakes and bakery products. The equipment is equipped with mechanical control.
The body is made of stainless steel, the swath of food-grade polymer.
