Dough kneading machine SEMP T-108 is used in the baking industry for mixing various types of dough and leavened dough composition in restoregeometry aggregates of continuous operation.
After switching on the machine, the shafts start to rotate, and the rotary flour from the dispenser is served in a trough. At the same time it is necessary to submit and liquid components, pre-configured for the required performance. In the trough all the ingredients are mixed together and gradually move to the outlet through the blades. To the outlet by a flange mounted screw pump or the gate. After kneading the dough / yeast mixture is pumped to further processing operations.
