Mixer Sunrise prima-80K is used in bakeries, confectionaries and catering for making dough for different bakery and confectionery products. The model is equipped with 2 Z-shaped cast kneading bodies, revolving at different speeds. The trough of the machine has a water jacket for cooling or heating knead the mixture. The structure is made of stainless steel.
