Dough divider Voskhod TD-4 is used by small public catering enterprises, bakeries and confectionary for dividing dough pieces. Details of the dividing mechanism is made from alloyed (stainless) cast iron having a high wear resistance. The body is made of stainless steel. The mechanism of the divider is separated from the treatment area of the test, which eliminates the ingress of dough on parts and assemblies of the actuator.
