Description
Dough dividing machine Kuzbass SEMP-68-3M is used in the baking industry for portion division of dough from wheat flour (1 grade), the humidity of which does not exceed 47%, the kneading of the wheat flour (grade 2) moisture content not more than 48%, the mass content of rye flour at optimal humidity to 52%. The equipment carries out the fast cutting of the dough without excessive tearing, pressing and other mechanical influences.
