Description
Semi-automatic dough divider Vitella SPA SA 30 is used in bakeries and caterers to cut a piece of raw dough into portions of equal weight and shape. The instrument is equipped with hydraulic control and double-acting cylinder for phase extrusion and razreshenie. The divider is controlled by the joystick. The apparatus simply and quickly performs a pressing, pressing with cutting and cleaning knives.
Standard equipment includes electric wiring 400 V, 50 Hz, three-phase power. According to customer's requirement the voltage can be changed. The machine meets the requirements of the EEC regulations.
