Freezer table Polair TB2GN-G consists of a working surface on which to roll out the dough and handle the ingredients for cooking, and a chamber designed for freezing and long-term storage of perishable products.

The unit is equipped with easy to use electronic control unit, enabling temperature control within the chamber. Function automatic defrost by heating elements and evaporation of the condensate greatly facilitate the process of maintenance of the appliance. The inner chamber of a table with shelves for storing products which can be replaced with Gastronorm containers GN 1/1.
