Ultraviolet sterilizer for knives SIRMAN U. V. A. 16W is designed for use on the public catering enterprises, each of which are utility knives, constantly in contact with different products, possesses its own microenvironment.

The sterilizer is completely made of high quality AISI 430 stainless steel, guaranteeing a long operation. The door device covering a camera made from smoked plexiglass. All internal parts of the device made of transparent plexiglass, easily removed, which greatly facilitates their cleaning, and also can sterilize the blades not opening them.

The sterilizer is equipped with a mercury UV-lamp protection in the form of a metal grid. The device can boast the presence of special protective micro switch, which turns off the lamp when the door is opened and include it at closing.
