The tilting pans Kovinastroj EKP-T7/60 is designed for roasting the main way and deep-fried, stewing, poaching, while frying, and steaming meat, fish, vegetable dishes and culinary products.

Features:

• Made of stainless steel AISI 304.
• The bottom of the bowl ThermoPlateAI, the thickness of which is 15 mm, made of several layers of special steel, which provides the most even distribution of heat throughout the surface.
• The surface of the bowl has a special NonStick coating which reduces the adhesion of food during cooking.
• The heating surface is made by means of a steel heating elements, located underneath the work surface.
• The package is part of a massive cover that prevents heat loss during operation.
