Tilting frying pan ATESY ESCH-9-0.5-12 Tradition-2008 is designed for frying, stewing, poaching, passaging and various kinds of meat, poultry, fish and vegetables. The unit can be used in the process line, and separately for public catering enterprises.

Heat the pan 3 is carried out by means of Heaters placed on the bottom. Easy to use control panel allows continuous adjustment of the temperature of the frying surface. The light indicator helps you stay up to date with operation the device. Large lid of the device prevents heat loss and allows for the collection of condensate, both in closed and in open position.
