Oven ITERMA shzh-2 is designed for preparation of a wide range of dishes: meat, fish, poultry, seafood, vegetables, side dishes and pastries in catering and in the production shops, which activity is connected with production of gastronomic products.

The function of the separate adjustment of the power of the upper and lower blocks of Heaters provides a wide range of options for cooking various dishes. The device is equipped with a safety thermostat which protects the appliance from overheating more than 320 °C. the enclosure consists of a series of cameras mounted on a stand with adjustable legs. The front part of the device is made of stainless steel.
