Arachno-baking Cabinet , Tolerogenic No. 3C(I) (galvanised) designed for use in public catering as a General-purpose electrical apparatus used for the baking of bakery and confectionery products, as well as for heat treatment of various products.

The Cabinet has a sectional structure (the total number of sections - 3). Each section size HH holds 27 mm bread shape No. 7 (grain shape in the scope of delivery not included) or two baking trays GN2/1 HH mm (trays are included). Sections are shipped separately and installed at each other during installation (the weight of one section does not exceed 85 kg). The lower section is mounted on the frame. The upper section is covered with a lid. Each chamber is closed by a door, with a spring mechanism. Inside each cell, the top and bottom, installed the heating elements.
