Arachno-baking Cabinet , Tolerogenic No. 1C(I) designed for use in public catering as a General-purpose electrical apparatus used for the baking of bakery and confectionery products, as well as for heat treatment of various products. The wardrobe has one section with internal dimensions mm HH, holds 27 grain form No. 7 (grain shape in the scope of delivery not included) or two baking trays GN2/1 HH mm (trays are included).

The Cabinet is equipped with a system steam.

• Separate on-off and adjustment of the upper and lower heating elements
• Controls placed on the right side
• Switches electric heating elements and a thermostat equipped with indicator lights
• Step control power of electrical heating (0,68 – 1,25 – 2,75 kW) is a 4-position switches

• Emergency switch which disables the section from the power supply in case of failure of the thermostat and prevents the temperature rise in the chamber above the permissible
