Description
Proofing Cabinet Baking-2 is used at the enterprises of public catering and trade, in bakeries and confectioneries for proofing dough in which the dough increases in volume and acquires a smooth surface, its porosity is restored. The equipment is equipped with a water pan. The structure is made of stainless steel, the door is made of tinted glass.
The set includes special parts to prevent possible displacement of the rack during operation. Trays must be ordered separately.
