The device is equipped with door with double glazing and heat-reflective coating, this door is reliable and efficient, provides excellent thermal insulation, reduces thermal radiation - the heat stays in the chamber, and the outer surface of the door remains cool.

The Baker's rack is equipped with a steam function. Water is supplied to the center of the rotating impeller and is sprayed inside the chamber. Due to the high air temperature inside the chamber and when touching hot surfaces the water turns to steam - it creates optimal conditions for fresh bakery products.
