Frying surface OZTI OGPG 4065 PS is designed for cooking meat, fish and vegetable dishes at public catering enterprises, as well as in production shops, which activity is connected with production of gastronomic products.

The device is equipped with easy-to-use piezoelectric ignition system. Special pressure relief valve makes the use of the unit even more secure. The housing is made of stainless steel, guaranteeing long life and griddle plate is made of sheet steel with a thickness of 12 mm.
