Frying surface OZTI OGE N 4070 is designed for cooking meat, fish and vegetable dishes at public catering enterprises, as well as in production shops, which activity is connected with production of gastronomic products.

Heating elements underneath the oven floor, support even heat distribution and rapid heating of the surface of the device. The housing is made of stainless steel with chrome finish, easy to clean, reducing heat radiation and scratch-resistant.
