Frying surface Kovinastroj (Kogast) EZ-T47/P-J is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products by the method of frying, stewing, and while frying. The model has a modern design, robust construction and qualitative internal components. Ideal for wide application in cafes, bars, restaurants, fast food establishments and street trading.

The working surface of the pan made of stainless steel AISI 304. The heating surface is made by means of a steel heating elements, located underneath the work surface. Completely cover the heating elements heat the surface and provide even heat distribution. To prevent splashing of the grease has grease traps and a ledge along the perimeter.

On the front is placed an Electromechanical control system that includes a thermostat, regulating temperature, and main switch.
