Description
Shelf for plates PKT-600 is designed for loading, storage and drying in natural conditions the standard soup and dessert plates of various diameters. Shelf made of stainless steel, meets all health and safety rules for professional kitchen equipment.
The regiment is composed of plate cassettes and tray. This cassette is a lattice of rods, the cells of which are placed plates. In the pan there is a small slope to provide flow of liquid coming from the wet dishes to the drain hole.
