Bandsaw Fama FSG 100 is used for coarse grinding of fresh, chilled and frozen meat of any type and kind. The unit allows to perform fast and quality cuts of meat, fish, poultry and other animals with a neat line of cut, without deformation and compression of its fibers.

The mechanism consists of a blade with a blade rotating continuously in a circle. The operation is very simple: just install the blade thickness adjustment to the desired distance from the fabric tape to put the meat carcass on the working surface and start promoting it, pushing the handle of the pusher. While working with a saw is almost impossible to get any injury. The unit is equipped with a mechanism for stopping the rotation of the blades and an extra engine block.
