Gas hearth oven Monofi MMKF 180 is used in the food industry, bakeries and confectionary for bakery and confectionery products.

Under each is supplied with a heating surface made from stone and are protected from attacks, and interior lighting. The furnace is equipped with an advanced combustion chamber that allows to save power consumption, temperature controller and timer that helps monitor the temperature inside the chamber at the time of baking. The thermostat controls the temperature of the exhaust gases.
