Oven Alto-Shaam 767-SK is designed for both hot and cold smoked products for public catering enterprises. For cooking uses wood chips, which guarantees highest taste quality.

Heating technology Halo Heat provides uniform heat distribution without a fan and moisture retention without the tray for humidity control. By maintaining the initial moisture flavour is more delicate, and the lack of blow-drying eliminates the product and weight loss with a minimum.
