Convection oven UNOX XFT 188 series LineMiss is designed for bakery and pastry, suitable for all types of frying, baking, bread, cakes, and quick heating of frozen foods and products in vacuum packing at the enterprises of public catering and trade.

The model is equipped with 6 buttons for quick access, allowing you to select the desired program with one touch.

The modes of baking:

• Convection + steam-90 to 260 °C

Climate control, in-camera cooking:
