Convection oven Tecnoeka EKF 664 TC Evolution series is designed for baking confectionery and bakery products at public catering enterprises, as well as in production shops, which activity is connected with production of gastronomic products.

Function of forced cooling ensures the protection of all electrical components in the device from overheating. Internal led lighting and double heat-resistant glass in the hinged door allows you to observe the process of cooking without opening the door.

The furnace provides the ability to connect the core probe to measure the temperature inside the product and an additional option - automatic washing KWT, which can be started upon completion of the workflow ("night mode").
