Convection oven Tecnoeka EKF 423 M Evolution series is designed for baking confectionery and bakery products at public catering enterprises, as well as in production shops, which activity is connected with production of gastronomic products.

Function of forced cooling ensures the protection of all electrical components in the device from overheating. Interior lighting and double heat-resistant glass in the hinged door allows you to observe the process of cooking without opening the door.

Operating modes:

• The mode of convection (300 °C)
• The mode of vaporization (100 °C)
• Combined mode (from 50 to 300 °C)
