Convection oven Smeg ALFA 143 XM is intended for baking of bakery and confectionery products and cooking various dishes in the food industry, public catering and trade. Mechanical ventilation allows you to evenly distribute heat in the chamber.

Trays and Gastronorm containers in the kit are not included.
