Convection oven Smeg ALFA 143 GH is intended for baking of bakery and confectionery products and cooking various dishes in the food industry, public catering and trade. Mechanical ventilation allows you to evenly distribute heat in the chamber.

Housing and chamber made of stainless steel.

Trays and Gastronorm containers in the kit are not included.
