Convection oven OZTI OKFE 202 is designed for baking confectionery and bakery products, and products from frozen dough. The unit is designed for use in enterprises of public catering, and also in production shops, which activity is connected with production of gastronomic products.

The insulated oven chamber prevents heat loss. The four position switch unit allows you to cool the chamber when cooking with steam or without it. A digital thermostat makes temperature control inside the furnace. A safety switch automatically stops cooking when the door is opened the device.

The casing is made of durable stainless steel. The door has an inset double heat-resistant glass, easy to clean. Adjustable legs make it easy to eliminate all roughnesses of a floor.
