Oven Pizza Group Pyralis M8 is designed for baking of pizza and bread products requiring high temperature cooking, catering.

Mechanical control panel offers 2 modes of operation to choose from. The device is equipped with open steel heating elements on the vault and a unique heating system Activestone representing ceramic heating unit inserted inside the heating elements, which ensures rapid heating of the chamber and uniform baking of pizza.

Front panel, door and all parts of the furnace are made of high quality stainless steel and anti-corrosion materials, the bottom of the chamber is made of refractory stone thickness 22 mm.
