Oven Pizza Group Pyralis Circle is designed for baking of pizza and bread products requiring high temperature cooking, catering.

The device is equipped with open steel heating elements on the vault and a unique heating system Activestone representing ceramic heating unit inserted inside the heating elements, which ensures rapid heating of the chamber and uniform baking of pizza. Inside the furnace is raised rotary refractory surface on which to place your pizza. Digital control panel makes it easy to adjust the speed of the surface, and the toggle switch is to stop or re-enable rotation.
