Oven Cuppone ML435/2CD is designed for making pizza in pizzerias, Italian restaurants, fast foods and cafes. The model is equipped with a control system with digital switches, separate heaters for the ceiling and the platform and a tray for collecting crumbs under the door. Baking chamber and front made of stainless steel with a rounded shape, refractory bricks - cordierite. Door fitted with double glass and review the system of opening and closing the compression spring.
