Steamer Roller Grill CV23 used at the enterprises of public catering and trade, for preparation of vegetables for dietary dishes, vegetarian and Oriental cuisines for a couple. The model is equipped with a built-in timer, thermostat and a measuring stick to maintain proper water level. The device is not connected to the water supply and sanitation. In the case of boiling water, the steamer automatically turns off. The body is made of stainless steel AISI 304.
