Steamer UNOX XEVC-0621-EPR series ChefTop MIND.Maps is designed for cooking various dishes, pastries bakery and confectionery products in the food industry and public catering. The equipment replaces several appliances: stove, convection oven, oven, oven, tilting frying pan, food boiler, fryer, etc. Cooked in the oven dishes retain all the nutrients.
The model is equipped with a touch panel of the MASTER control.Touch PLUS Packed with features and allows you to draw the processes of baking, save recipes and to cook different dishes at the same time.
