Steamer Tecnoeka EKF 1111 E UD Evolution series is designed to prepare wide range of dishes: meat, fish, poultry, seafood, vegetables, side dishes and pastries in catering and in the production shops, which activity is connected with production of gastronomic products. The device allows simultaneous cooking several dishes at once without mixing their smells and tastes.
The instrument is equipped with an improved control panel equipped with 2 displays that reflect the parameters of temperature and time, 4 LEDs indicating the selected phase of cooking, as well as band visualization of climate change, the button function setting and cooling of the working chamber. The oven offers several options for the climate work of the inner chamber: from dry-heat to the maximum humidity and Vice versa. Interior lights and a wide double heat-resistant glass in the hinged door allows you to observe the process of cooking without opening the door.
The device offers the ability to connect the core probe.
