Steamer O2011IGC Retigo Orange Vision range is designed for cooking in catering establishments: restaurants, cafes, fast-food outlets and kitchens. The model allows to replace several types of kitchen equipment: a stove, fan oven, tilting frying pan, convection oven, food boiler and other Cooking in the oven helps to keep almost all nutrients products.
