Steamer Retigo B2011B line Blue Vision is designed to prepare meals in catering establishments: restaurants, cafes, fast-food outlets and kitchens. The model allows to replace several types of kitchen equipment: a stove, fan oven, tilting frying pan, convection oven, food boiler and other Cooking in the oven helps to keep almost all nutrients products.
The equipment is equipped with color touch panel. The kit includes an automatic washing machine, vent for venting steam and four temperature probes.
