Description
Steamer Convotherm 4 easyDial 6.20 EB is designed to prepare wide range of dishes for public catering enterprises. Using such equipment can be used for baking buns, pies, cook juicy steaks, steamed fish, etc.
The model is equipped with Closed System, allowing to cook roast meats, croissants, vegetable dishes and sweet muffins without mixing tastes and smells. And a special partition that distributes the air to ensure uniform color of the dishes, even when fully loaded.
