Steamer ATESY APK-10-1/1 RUBICON is used for preparing wide range of dishes with the help of hot air convection, steam, and pyroconvection representing a combination of the fresh steam and hot air. The unit is designed for use in enterprises of public catering, and also in production shops, which activity is connected with production of gastronomic products.

The equipment is equipped with 5 different operating modes allowing to choose the most optimal conditions for preparation of specific dishes. Setting the cooking is performed by the encoder. Control panel, made in the form of membrane keypads, displays set and current parameters: temperature inside the working chamber and the working time.

• Treatment with hot air at a temperature of from 30 to 250 °C
• Steam cycle at a temperature of from 30 to 250 °C
• Steam cycle at 100 °C
• The quick cooling chamber
• Regeneration mode (steam treatment at a temperature of from 120 to 160°C)
