Ovoscherezatelnyh machine Turatti K3 is designed for slicing a variety of fruits, vegetables and salads in the food industry. The machine performs various types of cuts (strips, washers, etc.), best suited for elongated products. The size of the cut is regulated by a combination of type, the speed of the blades and number of blades on the cutting disc and conveyor speed.
