Outdoor peeler PL23 Aurea is used for mechanization of the process of cleaning potatoes, carrots, beets and other root crops at the enterprises of public catering. The equipment is equipped with asynchronous motor. In control panel there is a button on / off switch and timer. Transparent lid allows a visual estimate of the degree of purification of the product. The device is mounted on adjustable legs for attachment to the floor.

The kit includes abrasive disc for potato and carrot.
