Meat Mincer HM-32M

Meat Mincer HM-32M is designed for grinding meat and fish for stuffing, re-grinding kotlety weight and stuffing of sausages at the enterprises of public catering.

The grinder consists of a housing in which the auger rotates, the clamping nut, double-sided knives, knife set, lattices, rings and thrust of a knife cutting.

On the front of the grinder housing has a male thread onto which is screwed a clamping nut, and the rear flange, to which the housing is fastened to the actuator.

Screw, housing screw and clamping nut are made of solid stainless steel. Excluded deformation, as in the case with the case of other metals.

For the purpose of obtaining beef of varying degrees of grinding machine supplied with a set of knife grids with holes in them, 3 mm, 5 mm, 9 mm.

On the feeding bowl is the fuse, eliminating the possibility of access of the hands of the attendants to the screw machines.

The grinder is convenient and easy to operate.

It has, besides the functions "Stop" and "Start", "Reverse" function - this feature allows you to get around the problem of winding wires on the auger.
