Mincer EVEREST TG 12-KOMBI is designed for cooking large amounts of meat from a variety or products, with built-in grater for shredding of soft and hard cheeses, nuts, chocolate or bread, used at the enterprises of public catering and production departments, whose activity is connected with production of gastronomic products.

The case is made of polished aluminum, the hopper of the machine, the motor housing, the tray of meat from food-durable 18/8 stainless steel. Silent ventilated motor with gear reducer in oil bath requires no maintenance and has a long service life.

Cutting unit from the company Salvinox half-Unger (auger, knives 1/2 Unger, lattice R/70 and D=4.5 mm - ductile iron) ensures a perfect cut.
