Planetary mixer PYHL B-15 is used for kneading different dough and for whipping creams, mousses and pureeing, sauces and cocktails. The pastry can be shortcrust, puff, choux, yeast, biscuit, and can be used for baking bagels, breads, pizza, cookies, etc.

Kneading the body rotates around its axis and the axis of the bowl, thereby ensuring the receipt of homogeneous mass. The mixer is equipped with a removable hopper with lid and a safety micro switch. The hull is painted, and all the working parts are made of stainless steel.

The set includes a whisk, hook and paddle.
