Testominials-akrogialia machine Vitella SPA SA 36 is used for cutting raw dough into small portions and folding each individual kozochka to form balls of equal weight and shape within a few seconds.
The unit is equipped with mechanical control. Phases of pressing, cutting and folding are performed with the arms, and the regulation testatropinol camera is made by a handle on a numbered scale. Folding the individual pieces of dough is due to the tilting tray.
The instrument comes complete with 3 trays and wiring 400 V, 50 Hz, three-phase power. According to customer's requirement the voltage can be changed. The machine meets the requirements of the EEC regulations.
