Electric Bain Marie OZTI OBE 4090 is designed for short-term storage of ready dishes at the temperature of supply hot water for the catering industry: bars, cafes, bistros and restaurants.

The device is based on manual water supply. Durable crane, mounted at the front of the Bain Marie make it easy to drain the water after use of the device. Safety thermostat enables temperature control of the water. The device is equipped with a silicone heating elements with thermal fuse, located under the base of the water tank.

The working surface of the device with a thickness of 2 mm made of durable stainless steel. Bain Marie capacity: 2 standard GN 2/3 GN containers (not included).
