The ice machine MEC 120 KS/25A is designed for production of ice having the shape of granules, which is widely used when serving wine or champagne, the organization of buffets and salad bars or the fresh fish display in retail outlets.

The work of the entire device is ensured by the operation of the evaporator, made in the form of a steel cylinder and filled with water. The ice gradually builds up on the cylinder wall, then it is cut and enters the space of the bunker.
