Food boiler OZTI OTEI 100 is designed to copaceni water, soups, broths and other soups in enterprises of public catering, and also in production shops, which activity is connected with production of gastronomic products.

The apparatus operates on the system of steam heating. The boiler is uniformly heated at its base and with side walls due to the integrally generated saturated steam at 110°C and a pressure of 0.4 bar in the casing. Safety valve with pressure gauge allows you to prevent excessive steam pressure in the casing. External valve permits the manual withdrawal of excess air accumulated in the jacket during heating phase.

• The heating elements are reinforced at the expense of Incoloy alloy, fitted inside the hollow base casing, with safety thermostat
• The control of power through control knobs
• Chrome flush valve 2” with a large athermic handle
• Solenoid valve and chromed swivel tap on the surface for hot and cold water
• Round or rectangular seamless cooker, suitable for cooking, stewing and poaching
• Double layer cover with counter weight for easy opening
• High-quality thermal insulation of the boiler to save energy
• The working surface is 2 mm thick stainless steel
