The digester Kovinastroj EK-T7/80-O is suitable for cooking broths, the third course, boiling the water on the public catering enterprises, independently or as a part of technological lines.

Features:

• Adjustable heating temperature from 60 to 120°C by using a thermostat
• The front panel includes: temperature controller heating valve filling the water jacket, the valve filling the boiler with water taps to drain the water from the boiler and shirts
• On the upper surface there is a pressure gauge for determining pressure in the water jacket and relief valve that is triggered when it is exceeded
• Fixed connection to the cold water
