The digester Firex PR IE M 500 series BASKETT is designed to prepare wide range of dishes in large quantities for catering. The heating is provided by reinforced elements of the alloy INCOLOY-800, driven electroplate with automatic installation, minimum temperatures 2 °C to a predetermined value and the pressure sensor.

The inner surface is made of high quality stainless steel AISI 316 body and cover - AISI 304 stainless steel, outer shell - brushed steel AISI 304, the insulation - from fiberglass panels of great thickness.
